Owner / Cosmetologist Linda Comfort is an experienced hairstylist with over 34 years of beauty industry expertise. Continuing education has always been a passion continuing to bring clients the very best. Utilizing all natural, plant-based and organic products. Education/Certifications in various hair integration and extensions - brands such as Hairdreams, Hairtalk, Godiva, Perfectress, Salon Xtensions, Hello Darling, and Halo Couture. With expertise in multiple methods such as Microlines, single strands, k-tips, nano rings, hidden bead & traditional weft methods, as well as women’s and mens hair toppers (mesh and meshless applications). Linda is well-equipped to cater to diverse client needs. In addition, she is also trained in various salon services such as color, cuts, smoothing treatments, nails and waxing. At LA Shear Designs, Linda will work closely with you to achieve the hair dreams you desire. |

My name is Laurie, I have always had a passion for beauty and hair. I never thought I would be good enough for this industry, but ever since attending Shear Ego International School of Beauty, my outlook on that changed. Graduated from Shear Ego in 2013. Right out of beauty school I worked at A Little off the Top Salon and Spa in Greece. My first year I mentored with one of the owners. That right there was my foundation of my career. Without that I would not have the confidence I have today in my work. After 5 1/2 years it was time for me to branch out and rent my own chair, which I chose to do at Hollywood Hair Salon.
